Associations & Monthly Fees
When you purchase a home in Carriage Stop, you automatically become a member of two community associations:

Carriage Stop Homeowners’ Association
Membership in both Associations is mandatory and helps ensure the continued maintenance, appearance, and functionality of shared community areas.
Association Responsibilities
Each Association plays a distinct role in maintaining the Carriage Stop community:
C.S. Townhome Association, Inc.

Maintains community medians

Oversees parking areas

Maintains designated common areas

Trustees of the Townhome Association also serve as members of the Architectural Review Committee, which reviews and approves exterior changes and improvements
Carriage Stop Homeowners’ Association

Maintains the two community basins

Maintains both the front and secondary entrances to the development
Monthly Association Fees
Each Association charges a monthly fee that covers the cost of maintaining all common areas and shared amenities. These fees are assessed based on the phase of the development.
Current Associations and Monthly Fees:

Townhome Association – Phase I: $45 per month

Townhome Association – Phases II and III: $21 per month

Homeowners’ Association – Phases I, II, and III: $15 per month
Payment Information
Homeowners typically receive coupon books for both Associations to assist with monthly payments. If you have not received coupon books, or if you are missing one for either Association, please contact Complex Management, and replacements will be forwarded to you.

Timely payment of Association fees is essential to support routine maintenance and the long-term upkeep of the Carriage Stop community. These contributions help preserve property values and ensure a clean, well-maintained neighborhood for all residents.
