Association Meetings
The Board Members of both Associations conduct joint meetings throughout the year to address community business, review Association matters, and provide homeowners with important updates. These meetings serve as an opportunity for residents to stay informed, ask questions, and participate in the governance of the community.
Meeting Schedule
Joint Board meetings are held three times per year on the third Monday of the following months:

The December meeting serves as the annual election meeting, during which Board elections and other year-end Association business are conducted.
Meeting Notices
Official notice letters for all scheduled meetings are included with the December mailing sent to homeowners. Residents are encouraged to review these notices carefully for confirmation of meeting dates and any additional details.

Homeowner Participation
All homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend Association meetings. Attendance provides an opportunity to stay engaged, gain insight into community decisions, and contribute to discussions that impact the neighborhood.
